Cooperation and management of international companies operations in South Asia and East Africa claimed additional business segments to be included in the scope such as business development. Comprising of tender preparations (Pre-Qualification documents, Technical Documents, Price Bids etc.), company presentation to the Clients and Consultants and negotiations, activities resulted in several contract awards, while all submitted Bids were technically responsive.
